Bruton United Football Club is a Youth and Adult Charter Standard Development Football Club. Playing members (currently 151) range from 6 years to 50 years with teams at various age groups playing in the Yeovil & District Football League.

All of our coaches are FA qualified to at least level 1 standard with two at level 2. They are enthusiastic, helpful – and most of all, enjoy the football. All coaches and club officials are CRB checked and our club home is at Jubilee Park in Bruton, BA10 0NA. We always welcome new players, supporters and sponsors alike. Come and join us.

We have students from Sexey’s School helping the coaches as part of their sports and Duke of Edinburgh certificate studies and courses. We also provide facilities for students from local colleges to fulfil their coaching practical requirements as part of their sports and sports science degrees etc.

We have School links with Sexey’s School, Bruton, Bruton Primary, Upton Noble Primary, Hazelgrove and All Hallows.

We also have links with Blue Bird Youth academy in Mufulira, Zambia. Kit is regularly sent out to them and two of our coaches have been to Mufulira to coach at the Academy. We also have links with Mufulira Mine Basic School, twin school with Bruton Primary, and we will be forging links with Mopani Mine School in Zambia as part of our link with Sexey’s School in Bruton.

We regularly put on football days at Jubilee Park during the School Holidays in conjunction with John Flatters Simply Football. Food is provided at a small cost.

We are currently active replacing the main pitch at Jubilee park and arranging for training floodlights adjacent the pavilion.
