The Snowdonia Epic Trail 10k and Half Marathon is set to be one of the most highly anticipated races in Wales! With capacity for over a thousand participants we aim to soak up the pure picturesque scenery of Snowdonia. Gwydir Forest Park is home to the celebrated landscapes of lakes, forests and mountains to the generations of visitors who have enjoyed the woodland paths since Victorian times.

Gwydir Forest ranges across the hills on Snowdonia’s eastern flank. High wooded ramparts rise steeply from the level pastures of the Conwy valley, enfolding Betws-y-Coed, and creating a dramatic setting for a NEW Tough Runner UK event.

If you haven’t been to a Tough Runner event before, you’re in for a surprise! We like to think of it as more than just a race, we make extra effort to make sure it’s a day for you to remember!

The 10k race is open to all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Everyone is welcome to sign up.

Please note - all Canicross runners, this will be a mass start along with non- canicross racers.
