Maiden NewTen 2019
24 July 2019
ENTRIES NOW CLOSED
WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ENTRIES ON THE NIGHT
We have only 150 medals (as we have had exceptionally high interest this year) so any entries from 19 JULY will be unable to receive a medal - many apologies. However please still feel free to enter as the cakes are superb and all profits go to local groups and charities.
Maiden NewTen multi-terrain 10K. Wednesday 24th July 2019.
Race start 7.00pm Registration 5.30pm.
Maiden Newton Youth Centre, DT2 0AX.
The undulating, multi-terrain route takes you through some of the best countryside Dorset has to offer, including a stretch along the River Frome. The event may be in the middle of summer, but you can still expect some mud or water on route. If you are looking for your first 10K or you are a seasoned runner, come and join us. Now in its fourteenth year, the event has gained a reputation for its friendly/supportive marshals and probably the best homemade cakes in Dorset for all to enjoy.
Awards for winners and age categories and mementos for all finishers. The event is non profit making. Maiden Newton runners have donated over £4000 to local groups and charities since the event started.
There will be limited day entries available unless the race limit has been reached. Enter early to avoid disappointment.
Held under ARC rules - ARC Licences applied for - Entry limit 200. Sorry, event not suitable for wheelchairs. Minimum participant age 17.
All race numbers to be collected on the day. No Refunds Given.
