The Get Active Relays at Upton Court Park take place at 9:30AM on SUNDAY MAY 27TH 2018. The event consists of a fun 4x4km off road loop of the park. The event is put on in conjunction with the Active Slough team at Slough Borough Council with the aim to inspire a healthier lifestyle for the local community. Each team is made up of 4 team members who will each complete a 4KM loop of the park before handing over to their team mate. We have several different age categories for teams to enter with the total combined age of the 4 runners on race day determining which category they fall into.

JUNIORS (Combined age** of team Under 65)

SENIORS (Combined age** of team 65-159)

VETERANS (Combined age** of team 160-199)

MASTERS (Combined age** of team 200-239)

LEGENDS (Combined age** of team 240 or above)

Within each category you can enter all Male teams, all Female teams or a Mixed team.

Medals will be awarded to all runners and prizes awarded for the first team of males, females and mixed runners in each category.

So round up your team mates, work colleagues, friends, family or school mates and enter your team today. The cost of Entry to the event is £8 per runner or £32 for the team of 4.

How does it work?

Lets say you wish to form a team with 3 friends. On race day, you'll be 30, one of your friends will be 19, another will be 22 and the last one will be 38. 30+19+22+38 = 109, so you would enter the seniors category (65-159). As one of your friends is female and the rest of the team are male, you'd be in mixed category within the seniors.

If you have 3 sisters aged 16, 15, 16 and you are 17 (totallying 64) and you are all female, you'll be in the Female Juniors category.

Getting There

Location of start

The run starts beside The Rugby Club - Slough RFC, Upton Court Park, Upton Court Road, Slough. Please use the large public car park at SL3 7LU it's free and a short jog from the small car park at the rugby club which can soon get full.

Getting there by public transport

From Slough bus station, bus numbers 76, 81 and 58 take you along the A4. Get off the bus at the junction of Wellington Street/A4, cross the road and head towards Upton Court Road.

Getting there on foot

The park is situated on Upton Court Road, Langley, Slough. Access to the park is from Upton Court Road

Getting there by road

From M4 (Junction 5) A4: Upton Court Park is approx 1000 Meters away from the M4, on Upton Court Road, Slough.

Parking

• The main car park on Upton Court Road can be used FREE of charge.
