Corsham 10K 2017

The Corsham St George's 10K usually takes place on the Sunday nearest to 23rd April, St Georges Day; the patron saint of England. In 2017 St Georges Day is actually on the Sunday, so the event will take place on St George's Day itself.
The run is now in its 35th year and is organised by Corsham Running Club.
It is open to all aged over 15 on the day and last year the race was full a couple of week's prior to the Event with the maximum 1200 entries.
The route is accurately measured and the appropriate Race Licence and Certificate of Accuracy will be available for inspection in Race HQ.
Approximately half of the entry fee goes to the support of local Corsham based charities.
There will be a goody bag - donated by many local businesses, and a technical tee shirt.
Age categories are Juniors, Men and Women Open, V40, V50, V60, V70 and V80
Prize money for Mens and Womens 1, 2 3 places is £75, £50, £25

Unattached - £16.00 (Refund policy. Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to event - 80% refund; 4 -8 weeks 40%; 2-4 weeks 20%; 0-2 weeks 0%).
N.B. Attached = members of English Athletics (through their Running Club membership).
Age group and team prizes, technical tee shirt and generous goody bag to all finishers. Minimum age 15 years. Cash prizes for first 3 male and female participants.
There is also a 2K Fun Run starting at 09:30 for which the entry is just £4 - and medals are provided for all entrants.

Race HQ is at Corsham Football Club, Lacock Road, Corsham, SN13 9HS.
Both the Race number and timing Chip will be sent by post in around the middle of April.
The start and finish are in the vicinity of Corsham Football Club, Lacock Road, Corsham, SN13 9HS. There will be plenty of available parking at this venue although we encourage people to park in the (free) Town car parks and enjoy a walk to the Race HQ through Corsham Park. There will be food, hot drinks and various retail opportunities available at the Race HQ.
