The Buff Wales Trail 10k event will take place on Sunday 14th January 2018 11AM at Bryn Bettws Lodge.

Back for 2018 is the Buff Wales Trail 10k tacking in the breath-taking tracks and trail of Afan Forest country Park.
The buff Wales Trail 10k brings you that awesome experience of a 10k Race that takes you through some of the panoramic views of Afan Country Park.
​This event is open to seasoned trail runners and beginners why not start 2018 of with a bang and get off the road!
So let’s get down to the details. The race will be capped at 600 runners and if our other events are, anything to go by it could sell out quickly.
- The event will be run under Welsh Athletics Rules
- Minimum age on the day is 15 year old
- Littering within NRW land will lead to immediate disqualification if you can carry it when its full you can carry it when its empty!
- For any refund or transfers please contact the race organiser
There will be one feed stations available on race day. drink, sweets and bananas will be available on the finish line. Bryn Bettws Lodge Café will be open throughout the event for runners and their supporters, well stocked with tea, coffee and cake with many locally sourced and fair-trade produce available. So why not pay them a visit!
