The Event starts at 6pm on Saturday 19th July with registration opening at 5pm at the venue.

All runners will receive a post run drink and hot dog (veggie available).

Beer mile races will be split by Gender and Age Group.

Age group cut offs may be split depending on entries received. Races will be as follows but subject to change:

Wave 1 18:00 - Run For fun - No Prizes - Beer and Cider only

Wave 2 18:20 - OAP's Male 

Wave 3 18:35 - Female, The Cougars 

Wave 4 18.55 - The Codgers - Male

Wave 5 19:10 - Female, The Chicks 

Wave 6 19:30 - Run for fun - ON THE DAY ENTRIES x 30 places - No Prize - Beer and Cider only

Wave 7 19:50 - Stags Male 

Wave 8 20:10 - Prosecco Princess Round

Wave 9 20:30 - Relay Run Team of 4  4x400 1 drink each relay- Mini Prize - Beer and Cider only

Fun Runners-  If you'd like to run with friends regardless of age and gender, then please enter the Run for Fun wave. There will be no awards for the fun run.

Best Dressed - fancy dress - As always the lederhosen is the costume of choice, we welcome all fancy dress.

To win a category prize you must be wearing a fancy dress costume.

Just remember as well as your running daps, bring your dancing shoes and a sense of humour.
