WILDFLOWER TRIATHLON WILL BE TAKING PLACE ON SUNDAY 18TH JUNE, 2023.

Set to be not only one of the most exciting triathlons that the UK has to offer, but also the most unforgettable races on in South Wales, taking place in the most beautiful location – The National Botanic Garden of Wales.

The Wildflower Sprint Triathlon is open to all, it’s the ideal race for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Whatever ability you may be, this truly is a race for everyone.

The Wildflower Sprint Triathlon is an open road triathlon which starts with a 750m swim in a lake within the Botanical Garden grounds, before heading on the B4300, a fast open and quiet 30k road circuit. Having reached the turn-point at Golden Grove, its back along the B4300, before returning to the transition overlooking the gardens. To finish, a 5k run around the gardens and a run under the dragon arch to receive a well deserved medal!

British Triathlon Federation Rules (BTF)
BTF rules, All competitors must comply with BTF rules, (it is recommended that you read the BTF rules and regulations which will be applied to this race). Non BTF members must be licensed to race which costs £6 and is payable to BTF. This cost is included within the non member ticket price.

Minimum age for competitors
The minimum age to take part in this event is 17.

All competitors must be licensed to race, those non BTF members will be required to pay a £6GBP levy for a day license. This can be purchased the same time you collect your race number.
